Dr. Stockle was honored for his pioneering contributions to Crop Modeling at the 3rd iCROPM 2026 Symposium, in Florence Italy, Feb 2-4, 2026. iCROPM is a global conference of people worldwide working in the development and application of crop simulation models, a community where Dr. Stockle has participated for several years, representing WSU.
This was the first time where four people were recognized for pioneering contributions, and served as panelists for a dialogue with the younger generation that will provide necessary new developments in the future.
